Terms & Conditions
Last updated 1 July 2026. The rules that apply when you buy anything from us.
Scope
These terms cover all services purchased from TheLiveRank, including retainers, guest post placements, link insertions and one-off audits.
Payment
Guest posts and insertions are paid before publishing. Retainers are invoiced monthly in advance. We accept bank transfer, Wise and Payoneer, in USD.
Sites marked as advance-only in our marketplace require full payment before we approach the publisher.
The 40% guarantee
The guarantee applies to retainer clients already running SEO with measurable existing results. We record a benchmark before work begins. If we have not exceeded that benchmark by 40% within 90 days, we continue working at no additional charge until we do.
The guarantee does not apply if the client changes domain, blocks recommended technical fixes, or stops publishing agreed content.
Link placements
Placements are permanent. We take responsibility for six months from the publish date and will replace any link removed in that window free of charge. After six months no replacement is offered.
Metrics shown in our marketplace are refreshed monthly and reflect third-party tools at the time of checking. They can move with Google core updates.
Restricted niches
We do not accept casino, adult, dating, drugs, CBD, poker, betting, loan or hate speech content, or anything materially similar. We may decline any order at our discretion and will refund in full if we do.
Cancellation
Retainers run on a three-month minimum, then month to month with thirty days notice. Work already delivered is not refundable. Placements not yet published are refunded in full.
Liability
We do not guarantee any specific ranking position. Search engines are third parties and their behaviour is outside our control. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the preceding three months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
