What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect your name, email, website and whatever you write in the message field. If you become a client we also hold billing details and any access credentials you share with us.
We use analytics on this site to understand which pages are read. That data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, deliver work you have paid for, and send invoices. We do not sell data to anyone, and we do not run advertising retargeting on enquiry data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted after twelve months. Client records are kept for seven years because tax law requires it.
Sharing
We share data with our payment processors and our accounting software, and with publishers only to the extent needed to place your content. Nothing else leaves our systems.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@theliverank.com and we will action it within thirty days.
