1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the TheLiveRank website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

TheLiveRank provides search engine optimization, link building, content creation, and related digital marketing services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and expectations are outlined in individual service agreements.

While we strive for optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific search engine rankings, as rankings depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms and competitor activity.

3. Payment Terms

All invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. We reserve the right to pause services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 30 days.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide timely access to website platforms, content approvals, and necessary information. Delays in client responses may impact project timelines and results.

5. Intellectual Property

Content created by TheLiveRank becomes the property of the client upon full payment. TheLiveRank retains the right to showcase anonymized case studies and results in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes strategies, analytics data, business plans, and financial information.

7. Limitation of Liability

TheLiveRank' liability is limited to the fees paid for services during the relevant period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New York County.
